Donate a Vehicle

Donating a vehicle to the American Stroke Foundation is easy for you and helps us provide programming for stroke survivors.  All you have to do is fill out the donation form (found below) and fax to 913-649-6661 or email to  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
